This is a complete store. Has all price ranges covered. They offer a free child drop-off area with staff to watch them during your shopping experience. Has a decent cafeteria. Awesome clearance area with plenty of quality merchandise. Sakes staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part is they will not hound you or stalk you whole shopping. Great financing options if needed. The delivery options are good also and again staff is very professional. Easy access to distribution center and we'll organized. Very good experience all around with them. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Bobby was friendly and genuine from the moment he saw me. He greeted me with a smile, even though he was still working with a customer. Since he was so friendly, I asked three employees who were moving boxes if there was a manager around. They directed me to Emily, who is a bright light, too. She was absolutely wonderful as I explained that Bobby deserves lots of recognition for being genuine and making customers feel welcome, even if he wasn't working with them. Since Bobby was still with a customer, Emily helped me pick out the perfect sofa and loveseat that compliment our home and meets our needs for comfort. She went above and beyond and has a great eye for design. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the shopping process and I truly had a lot of fun shopping with them and getting to know them through it all. I find myself thinking of other items we could use for our home from Becker Furniture World just because of Bobby and Emily (and a selection that is second to none). We were very impressed by prices that are comparable to other stores. They are higher in some cases, but the quality is better. Emily and Bobby are the reason we'd return and I'm very thankful that they were working the day I came in because they are not only the kind of employees everyone should want working for them, but great people, through and through. I will update this review after we receive the furniture. :)
A huge Thank you to Petra for helping us purchase our new Patio set. Before we went to the Big Lake location I called and asked about their selection. I am so happy she was the one that took our call. She offered to send me pictures of certain pieces that they had - I didn't even ask for them. No pressure - we went the next day and purchased a set that we weren't even thinking of and we were so happy! She was very patient as we changed our minds many times. She knows her product really well! I will recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for furniture. Thank you so much Petra! You earned our business for life!

Delivery was on time (they actually called to deliver early) with professional and courteous drivers.
We shopped all the other "big name" stores, Becker furniture world was comparable to pricing, but had a way bigger selection to choose from. We remodeled our entire house and will be going back to Becker Furniture World for the rest of our furnishings.
